BRC NAF Five Star National Championships | The British Horse Society
It is with great disappointment that BRC announce the cancellation of the 2026 BRC National Championships at Lincolnshire Showground, due to run over the weekend of 5&6 September.
The recent dry and hot conditions have meant that the ground cannot be prepared to a suitable standard for the competition to take place. The weather forecast for the weeks leading up to the Championships show no significant rainfall and so BRC have no choice but to cancel the event.
Every effort has gone into finding an alternative date or venue but postponing or relocating an event the size of the National Championships is just not feasible given the timescales we are working to.
