HDRC Covid-19 Training Policy

As things slowly get going again with training we ask anyone attending to please take a moment to look through the clubs Covid-19 Training Policy. 

Stay Safe

 

• Anyone displaying COVID-19 symptoms should stay at home. Anyone who has been in contact with someone that is showing symptoms should stay at home. Anyone considered vulnerable should stay at home.
• Social distancing and government advice must be adhered to
• Anyone who doesn’t comply with these protocols will be asked to leave the venue immediately
• Sessions will include no more than 6 people (including trainer)
• Only 1 helper per horse is permitted.
• Payment to be made in advance by BACS or the club website. No cash payment accepted
• Where there will be multiple lorries/trailers please park in marked areas or at lease 5m apart where space allows
• No dogs allowed
• Riders should not arrive really early before your allocated start time and should leave as soon as possible after.
• Only the organiser or trainer is to open and close gates.
• Only the organiser or trainer to handle any equipment (i.e. poles/jumps)
• You must be able to tack up, mount, do your girth up or make any adjustments to your tack alone as we cannot maintain social distancing if you need help with any of these.
• Please also remember that most venues probably won’t have any toilet facilities!
