The weather was perfect for the NAF Horse Trials qualifier but sadly it wasn't the best of days for Horsham's teams.
80cm Team
Clare Hanson riding Tokyo was our highest placed in the 80cm gaining an individual 4th place. Rachel Linton was just out of the rosettes in 11th place on her horse Kinamara Sharon's Boy. Unfortunately Beckii Davies and Olivia Allan were both eliminated on the cross country so the team were unplaced as need 3 scores to count.
90cm team
Sam Llewellyn finished well in 2nd place on Cavaliers Laidback Luca, Michelle Nash on the super cob Brian's Pride came 5th and Katie Witherspoon on Kabriano came 7th. Unfortunately Helen Millichamp had to retire Cool Toddy so with only 3 scores to count the team came second.
100cm team
Laura Durkan on N'Lass won the 100cm class closely followed by Poppy Durkan(our only junior) on Freddie Fly. Clare Hanson was 3rd, Rachel Webb 4th and sadly Lorna Tullett retired on the cross country. The team still won to qualify for the Championships at Swalcliffe in August.
Well done everyone and good luck at the Championships
