2020 Area 13 Novice and Intermediate Winter Showjumping Qualifier

The classes range from 70cm up to 110cm for teams, individuals, juniors and seniors so something for everyone.

The Novice Championship is at Arena UK, Grantham on 28th & 29th March and the Intermediate Championship is at Bury Farm, Slapton on 24th - 26th April.

2020 HorseQuest Arena Eventing Championships

2020 sees the return of the BRC HorseQuest Arena Eventing Championships which is once again being sponsored by Horsequest. HorseQuest is the UK's leading equestrian sales website. With over 450,000 monthly visits and 2 million page views.

Classes will run across two days as follows:

Saturday - 70cm (mixed), 80cm (Senior), 80cm (Junior)

Sunday - 90cm (Senior), 90cm (Junior), 100cm (mixed)

This championship will consist of a course of show jumps immediately followed by cross country fences, and will finish with the last fence as a show jump - the joker fence, which will be set at a discretionary 10cm higher than the rest of the course. There will be a maximum of 20 jumping efforts, 9 show jumping, 10 XC fences and the joker SJ fence.

2020 SEIB Insurance Brokers Novice Championships

The dressage and show jumping competitions are open to both teams and individuals. Both disciplines hold classes for juniors and seniors separately.

In the dressage, two members of the team must ride a prelim test and two members must ride a novice test, individuals will compete in separate arenas. In the show jumping, both the seniors and juniors compete (on their relevant days) in two rounds - the second course may be higher. For further information on heights, course requirements and eligibility, please consult the BRC Handbook.

New from 2020! BRC have introduced a 70cm show jumping competition, open to both teams and individuals. 

Direct Entries may be added closer to the time. Direct Entry classes do not require prior qualification - just fill in the form and return it to BRC with payment and providing the class isn't already full, this will be your entry complete. Eligibility criteria can be found in the 2019 Handbook. The classes will be determined closer to the time.

2020 Area 13 Challenge Qualifier

This is the qualifier for the Challenge which was cancelled last year due to the bad weather. 

It involves doing a round of show jumps then heading straight out onto a cross country course. Heights go from 80cm to 100cm for both juniors and seniors. 

The Festival of the Horse Championship is at Aston-le-Walls on 30th - 31st May

2020 HorseHage & Mollichaff Intermediate Championships

The qualifiers get underway in October, and the championships will feature both dressage and show jumping competitions for junior and senior members. The dressage sections include team and individual classes ranging from prelim to advanced medium level. The show jumping includes both team and individual classes from 90cm - 110cm.
