Date: 7th October 2018

A rather wet day, ok not rather wet, really soaking and misty day at Munstead for the Area 10/11/13 Festival of the Horse and combined training qualifier.

First up the 100 challenge team, Elise Gayler, Ruth Stacey, and Becky Lloyd with two ponies. They won and qualified for the championship at Aston next year. Well done ladies.

Next up the The senior combined training. Jackie Oxley and Amy Sheen in the 100Q and 85 with Suzy Arlett and Louise Hamilton 90Q and 75. The team placed 3rd.

Amy Sheen then had a wet run around the 90 challenge for an individual 3rd place.

On to the the biggest class of the day. The 80 challenge. Team of Jackie Oxley, Suzie Arlett and Becky Lloyd. Jackie placed 3rd, Suzie Placed 6th and the team placed 2nd.

A big shout out and thanks to our helpers without whom we could not compete, Jess Wilkinson and her mum for fence judging and for Dave Ware who must have been the wettest man in the field who came to the rescue of the rather snowed under starter and finisher! And to Carol Lloyd who fence judged with me.

Hope you all had a great day and dried out in the end.

I have Rossettes for those that were placed, if you email me your addresses I will post them to you.

On this note someone picked up the 100 teams rossettes, it is a mystery as to who it is apparently small and with a tweed jacket? I have asked all the people from the team and they have not got them, so if you did pick them up can you let us know. Thank you.
